I paid for additional lesson and they will not load, just a black screen. This needs to be fixed like NOW. Not fair that it doesnt work but u take our money!!!!

To all those who think there is supposed to be sound, she is a deaf actress therefore, she might not be a oral speaker. Thats probably why there is no sound.

I bought 4 packs and I am always having to delete the app and download the app all over again because of the black screen I try to leave the app open but it does not work I just have to delete it again please fix this problem

I love this app it helps you learn sign language super well! Except whenever I open the app I try to watch a video and it shows a black screen and then crashes! Please fix! I spent 8 dollars on the lessons and I dont want to redownload the app because it might lose the lessons! Please fix!!!

I love this app when you want to learn basic terms but I payed for extra packs and the videos dont work. When I click on the term only a black box comes up. It is extremely frustrating because I had such high expectations for this app.

This is an awesome app. The lady in the pictures is on a show called "switched at birth" so from that show I learned a little of sign language so if you need any other help I would recommend watching a show with sign language. So i love this app

I love this app so much but I just paid for 2 packs & now Im getting black screens so I cant watch the videos. I was on a roll & watching everyday to learn sign language & now I cant. PLEASE fix!

The app is very simple and easy to use. It seams like a perfect app to learn asl. However there are a lot of technical problems. The sound doesnt work so as a beginner, it is hard to follow. Also, after buying a lesson, you can watch it once however if you try again, the screen goes black. If the problems were fixed, this would be an amazing app to learn sign language.

This is a great app, but I cant play most of my videos. I bought all of the packs but only one works

This app is great it helps me communicate now that I know close people that are deaf By the way Nicki some thin or other there is no sound she is just moving her lips cause deaf people dont like talking that much

This app is wonderful... Except that I am having the same problem as many other people. After purchasing an extra pack, Ive watched the videos once and now all I get is a black screen when I want to watch them. Please fix!!

Great app, the most annoying part is that the videos (that dont even have sound) of the signs take over the audio. So you cant listen to music and use the app.

So a lot of people were saying there is no sound, and that is not a glitch. So if that happens to you, do t worry! Its a fantastical app and I love it so far. I dont have money to buy some of the videos but Im sure those are great too. Thanks so much to the creators of this game and dont pay attention to anyone else who are saying mean things about this app, it really is great! Have fun!

Theres a black screen that show with the lesson packs and I keep having to delete and re download the app in order to see the actual signs.

This app has helped me learn ASL so easily and efficiently! Ive purchased all of the packs so that I can continue learning. However, after a week or so of not using a specific pack, once I select a sign, the screen is black and theres nothing. The app is still on but theres no Marlee showing the sign. So many times now Ive had to delete the app, reinstall, and restore all my purchases. This can get frustrating. Others times the app crashes on me multiple times. It is a great app for learning ASL but the problems sometimes outweigh the greatness of the app.

People theres no sound because shes deaf! If you study sign language at all in school all the CDs that come with the books are all quiet cause again there deaf. To fix the black screen problem. Reinstall it.

Love this app. The best of the best in my eyes.

Hi Yesterday downloaded the app, purchase three lessons and enjoyed them. Today I was going to practice and the lessons came in black. I reset my iPad and my Internet connection and nothing happened everything was the same. I deleted the app to reset and for my surprise I lost all my purchase they are nowhere to find. Please restore if not possible refund the money I used to purchase the lessons. Thank you!!

There isnt supposed to be any sound!! Dont worry about it. I do have one problem though. I cant see any of the new packages, like I bought a new one and its all black
