I bought all the lessons and now I cant watch them. Can you please fix this! For some reason the lesson that is free works but not the ones I bought the other lesson screen is just black.

I really enjoyed this app! Until I bought the rest of the packs. They dont even show me anything, just a black screen. When I hit the slow mo button, it just exits out of the app. Really disappointed.

The app is great, but now the videos wont load anymore. Please fix as soon as possible

I love this app, and I love Marlee Matlin. But I hate that the expansion packs I purchased dont work. Dont waste your money. Ive only ever gotten them to work once, and now any time I try the screen goes black and theyre useless. If this worked properly Id have rated this 5 stars. Im just really irritated that I blew all that money on something that doesnt work.

Free sign language videos work really well. I would love to continue using these but continuing to purchase videos is a waste of money when they dont work. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I was so excited to buy this app, but I only get black screens and the the app shuts down. Does anyone know how to fix it OR how I can get my money back?

I would rate this app 5 star because its just great, & easy to use. The only bad thing was it crashed a couple times but once thats fixed itll be perfect

Dont spend any extra money. I purchased the added lesson pack and it only shows a black screen. If the app worked it would be a great learning tool.

Helped me learn ASL very easily!

I was so excited to buy the fist lesson! But disappointed when the screen goes black as if you had gone for lunch and never came back! ☹ and also has no sound... Please fix soon! I want to keep on with my lessons

I love this app its so cool, its fun for people that want to learn asl, therefore its the best asl app in the world thats my opinion any way.

OMG does anyone know how to connect to the lady that is shown on the app she is on a tv show that I like and I want to contact her!! Great app anyway! GO SIGN LANGUAGE

I think its a great app and since its with a person who people know from tv (on abc familys switched at birth; she plays Emmett mom melody) would make them want to learn it more

With iOS 9 the screen is black during the videos. Please come out with an updated version, this has been an issue for awhile. A lot of money that can now be considered stolen...

I recently bought some videos and on the first day it worked but now their a black screen when i click the videos i bought can you plz fix

Im ten years old and definitely have a interest in signing. This app is a great way for anyone to learn sign language and it provides for all ages too. So far mine hasnt had a black screen but I also have a iOS (Apple iPhone) that might be a problem. Otherwise this is a wonderful app!

This would be a great app to learn sign language if it would all work, I bought the extra packages but none of them work, it just shows a blank screen and does nothing, I was very disappointed!

I bought the app about a year ago and fell in love with it. Recently though, I bought more packs and they will not load when I open them. It only shows a black screen, and if I try to do "slo mo" the app crashes. I dont know what to do, I feel like I wasted my money.

Love the app it makes signing so easy Im still learning i just wish the packs were free now I just have to find a deaf person so I can practice must fix sound though any way if u wanna learn to sighn you must get this app
